REFUND POLICY

Digital Downloads

Due to the digital nature of our downloadable products, all sales are final once a download link has been accessed. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads.

However, if you experience a technical issue with your file (corrupted download, wrong file delivered, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right — either by resending the file or issuing a store credit.

Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

Physical merchandise fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful, is made to order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection — please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

We will gladly replace or refund items in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item was lost in transit

To request a replacement or refund for a physical product, please contact us at thecozycornermt.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
